Overview
We are looking for a Quality Professional to lead the strategic improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS). This is a pivotal role in delivering a future-ready, compliant, and user-centric system that supports governance, quality, and operational excellence across Rolls-Royce SMR. You will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of a new IMS platform as part of a major change programme. This role combines strategic planning, project and change management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory expectations, and digital innovation goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the IMS transformation roadmap and business case.
- Act as the focal point for IMS architecture and digital tool implementation.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of the new IMS platform, including integration with other business systems.
- Apply structured change management methodologies to ensure successful adoption.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and training programmes.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and nuclear regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and performance analysis using data-driven insights.
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in project and change management within a regulated industry.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly.
- Experience with digital quality management platforms is desirable.
- Obtaining Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
- Satisfactory completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Satisfactory completion of a basic financial probity check.
