Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Quality/Senior Quality Engineer in engineering/manufacturing.
• Supporting Quality qualification is advantageous.
• Practical mindset required; role involves office and shopfloor.
• Significant problem-solving experience required.
• Experience in root cause analysis and 8D.

Responsibilities

• Reduce repeat mistakes and improve quality processes.
• Analyze failures and identify corrective measures.
• Review and enhance SOPs and audit them.
• Maintain quality accreditations.
• Host external audits and run 8D solutions.
• Support APQP processes for new supplier components.
