Senior Qualitative Researcher

Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We are looking to appoint a senior qualitative researcher for a fixed-term contract.

As a senior qualitative researcher at Linney, you’ll deliver innovative qualitative insights across all sectors (including FMCG, retail and QSR) working closely with the qual team leader and wider team members.

You’ll design and manage research using biometric techniques, ethnography, co-creation, online communities, and interviews, turning complex findings into strategic narratives for senior stakeholders.


You’ll build strong client relationships, identify opportunities for innovation, and work with project management to deliver efficient, client-focused projects.

Mentoring junior researchers and co-designing agile processes with insight operations are key elements of the role.


Alongside delivering great work to clients, you'll champion continuous innovation, contribute to thought leadership, and help evolve research tools and methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in interviewing, moderation, analysis and storytelling, and will be a confident communicator who values collaboration and curiosity.


Presence at our offices in Mansfield is required for two days per week, with additional travel needed for fieldwork.
