Job summary

A well-established property consultancy is seeking a Senior Property Manager / Asset Manager in London, offering a salary starting around £75k. The role requires overseeing a mixed portfolio of Residential and Commercial properties, preparing reports, and managing daily tasks. You should have property management experience and be client-facing. Additional rewards may be available if you bring new business leads. This position provides flexibility for part-time work without salary reduction.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing mixed portfolios, both Residential AST's and Commercial properties.
• Ability to work unsupervised while preparing reports.
• Strong compliance knowledge regarding Health and Safety and Service Charge matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a mixed portfolio of Residential and Commercial properties in the South East.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for clients.
• Manage day-to-day property management duties including maintenance and rent collection.
