We are headquartered in Cardiff, with offices in London and provide our services to clients throughout the UK.
Our expertise allows clients to release additional value by extracting the opportunity within each construction contract. We specialise in providing project support services using the New Engineering Contract (NEC) and Engineer and Construct Contract (ECC), to a high degree of technical competence.
Our team of NEC ECC Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors are amongst the highest qualified in the county which has enabled us to exceed expectations and develop strong relationships with our clients. We are therefore able to maintain or status as Corporate Members of the Association of Project Managers and regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors,

The Senior Project Manager will support our client organisations and will be responsible for the delivery of complex high value projects. As such you will be able to demonstrate project development and delivery experience of schemes safely, on time and to budget. The successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage stakeholders of all levels, have a track record of meeting time and budgetary requirements, as well as being strong ambassador for health, safety and environmental policies.
