Job summary

A leading project management consultancy in the City of Westminster is seeking Senior project managers to handle some of London’s most interesting and complex schemes, including large hotel conversions and high-profile mixed-use projects. Candidates will conduct background research, establish project systems, manage teams, and liaise with clients and contractors. This role offers a chance to work with top property developer clients in the capital.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting background research, data collection, and benchmarking.
  • Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
  • Producing project plans and managing teams where applicable.
  • Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators.
  • Tracking and documenting changes.
  • Preparing written project communication materials.
  • Preparing formal project progress and other reports.
  • Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers.
  • Attending meetings and drafting minutes.
  • Preparing presentation materials for client pitches.
  • Inputting key information into the internal database.
Job description

This opportunity is open to Senior project managers and will offer the right candidate the chance to work and deliver some of London's most interesting and complex schemes across large hotel conversions, work with leading property developer clients who invests in superb residential projects in the capital and be involved in some of the capitals high profile mixed use projects.,
