A leading water utility company is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the United Kingdom to oversee complex infrastructure projects that enhance local communities and environment. This role requires a proactive leader with experience in regulated environments, particularly in the water sector. The ideal candidate will manage multi-million-pound projects, ensuring health and safety while fostering strong stakeholder relationships. The position offers a competitive salary of £67,000 to £88,000 plus benefits, including a generous holiday allowance and car allowance.

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of complex infrastructure projects. You’ll lead projects from the start – engaging with procurement, engineering and other functions, then work closely with your team, contractors and internal teams to drive performance. This role demands a flexible, proactive, hands‑on leader with the determination and enthusiasm to make a real impact. You’ll champion health, safety, and environmental excellence while delivering outstanding results for local communities.
Location: Hybrid – Maple Lodge (WD3 9SQ) 2 days a week with flexibility to be on‑site.
Working Hours: 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £67,000 to £88,000 per annum depending on experience + £5,800 car allowance.
