  • Maintain and enforce high standards of health, safety, and quality.
  • Monitor progress and report regularly to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure works are completed on time and to specification.

Ridgeway & Co are proud to be partnering with a tier one contractor based in Cambridge, with their search for a Senior Project Manager with a strong track record in commercial projects, ideally within a Life sciences background. You'll oversee all on-site activities, coordinate trades, and ensure delivery to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day site operations and coordinate subcontractors.
  • Oversee M&E upgrades alongside joinery and finishing trades.
  • Plan and manage site logistics, sequencing, and materials.
