A leading consultancy is seeking a Senior Employer’s Agent to join their growing team and deliver a portfolio of exciting new build residential projects. This is an opportunity to be involved in projects from the earliest stages helping to shape briefs, procure consultant teams, and prepare tender packages. overseeing delivery, managing contractors, and ensuring successful handover. This role will suit a Quantity Surveyor, Building Surveyor, or Project Manager with proven experience acting as an Employer’s Agent within the residential development sector.
