This role is based at our Netherley facility near Stonehaven in Aberdeenshire, a key hub for our turbine operations and customer support.

Responsibilities
  • Own the customer relationship throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage project plans, quotations, and technical documentation.
  • Monitor costs, scope changes, and ensure commercial coverage.
  • Conduct global site visits and host customer reviews.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Act as deputy to the Project Engineering Manager when required.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
  • A degree in engineering or equivalent technical background.
  • 5+ years’ experience in rotating equipment or turbine MRO.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of industrial gas turbines and site operations.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a team-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel and represent Sulzer GT Aero globally.
