We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Senior Programme Manager to lead this pivotal Change and Enablement team. The Senior Programme Manager will be responsible for leading the Change and Enablement team, driving strategic initiatives to accelerate platform adoption, enhance user proficiency, and embed new ways of working across WPP Open. This leader will define and execute the enablement strategy, ensuring successful digital transformation and continuous value realization from our technology investments.
