Senior Production Engineer Witney £50,000pa - £55,000pa plus benefits

Are you a hands-on Senior Production Engineer who enjoys juggling multiple process improvement projects & NPI?

Do you want to work for a growing specialist manufacturer that has produced a product revolutionising their industry? Join them now to influence their growth in product and manufacturing engineering.

My client is looking for a Senior Production Engineer to scale manufacturing operations to meet global demand as the business grows. This varied role involves supporting and improving processes across NPI, continuous and process improvement, MRP optimization and implementation, and day-to-day BAU production problem solving.

If this sounds like the right fit, the successful Senior Manufacturing Engineer or Senior Production Engineer will need the following experience and skills:

1. A background in mechanical engineering and practical experience in a manufacturing environment
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment
3. Experience supporting new and existing production lines
4. Adaptability to accept new changes in production engineering
5. Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
6. Results-oriented with commercial awareness
7. Strong communication skills to liaise with multiple departments, including engineering
8. Proficiency with IT systems and advanced Excel skills
9. Experience with an MRP system is essential; experience with NAV or Factory Master is advantageous but not essential
