A Senior Product Manager is required to join a growing IT consultancy working on high-profile, secure central government programmes. This role offers the opportunity to shape complex, nationally significant products, challenging existing thinking and driving meaningful change through user‑centred design and agile delivery.

You must have active SC Clearance and be a sole British National to be considered for this position.

You'll be given real autonomy to lead critical products end to end, working alongside experienced, multidisciplinary Agile teams to co‑design, prioritise and deliver solutions that balance user needs, organisational objectives and long‑term sustainability.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead one or more Agile delivery teams across the full product life cycle, from Discovery through to Live. You'll work closely with client stakeholders and product owners, guiding roadmap development, negotiating priorities and ensuring outcomes deliver genuine value. You'll also play a key role in raising product management capability across the organisation by coaching and mentoring others.
