Overview

Are you an experienced procurement leader looking to make a real impact? At Arcus FM, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Procurement Manager to drive value, innovation, and efficiency across our supply chain. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of Procurement Managers and Category Specialists, shaping procurement strategies, building strong supplier partnerships, and ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our clients.

What you'll be doing
  • Leading and developing a high-performing procurement team.
  • Designing and implementing category strategies that deliver on quality, cost efficiency, and risk reduction.
  • Building strong supplier and contractor frameworks, ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and contractual agreements.
  • Analysing supplier spend and performance data to identify opportunities for value creation.
  • Providing escalation support for operational teams and clients on procurement and service delivery issues.
  • Supporting tender processes, contractor selection, and onboarding of suppliers.
  • Driving continuous improvement by working closely with HSQE and other internal departments.
  • Deputising for the Head of Supply Chain when required.
  • Proven experience at senior level in procurement, ideally with supplier and contractor performance management.
  • Strong data analysis and trend evaluation skills, with a track record of delivering performance improvement.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with confidence engaging at all levels.
  • Knowledge of procurement frameworks, performance measurement (KPIs/SLAs), and risk management.
  • Experience in FM (Facilities Management) is desirable but not essential.
  • A strong strategic thinker, able to spot opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills - you'll be a trusted partner to senior management and clients.
