The Opportunity

As a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the autonomy to build and grow your own business area, grow your own team, and lead the recruitment efforts internationally. This is your chance to truly make an impact and build something lasting.

What You'll Do
  • Shape Your Own Success: Own the growth of your area, with full control over business development, account expansion, and recruitment strategy.
  • Lead and Mentor: Take on a leadership role where you can grow and develop your own team. Mentor junior consultants, nurture their growth, and build a high-performing recruitment unit.
  • Drive Business Development: Generate new business, build trusted relationships with clients, and identify innovative ways to drive growth.
  • Expand Your Expertise: Use your knowledge of the Technology sector to provide clients with bespoke solutions and become their go-to recruitment partner.
  • Lead from the Front: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to securing new clients, all while leading by example and delivering exceptional results.
  • Build Long-term Client Relationships: Cultivate lasting partnerships, becoming a trusted advisor to clients while continuously expanding opportunities within your sector.
