• Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical & Electrical Facilities Management.
• Proven track record in leading PPM and reactive maintenance programs.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance services across multiple sites.
• Monitor departmental performance and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Develop strategies for departmental growth and client relationship building.

Skills

Strong technical background within Mechanical & Electrical Facilities Management

Proven experience managing PPM and reactive maintenance programmes

Sound understanding of statutory compliance, CDM, and HSE requirements

Experience leading teams and managing performance against KPIs and SLAs

Commercial awareness

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

IOSH (or equivalent) certification
