Senior Platform Engineer

Manchester (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Up to £72,000 – Permanent

️ What you’ll be doing:

• Building secure, scalable digital platforms using like Python, Java, JavaScript or .Net
• Collaborating with diverse teams to deliver real-world applications and PoCs
• Driving clean, consistent code through automation, testing and tools like Git and SonarQube
• Creating smooth CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Bamboo or Bitbucket
• Helping shape technical solutions from ideation to deployment

What you’ll bring:

• Strong hands-on experience in at least one modern programming
• Familiarity with agile methods like Scrum, Kanban or Lean
• Experience with source control, automation, and software best practices
• Problem-solving mindset and a solid grasp of software architecture
• UK Security Clearance eligibility (British or dual British )

Bonus skills (we’ll support you to develop too):

• AWS or Azure cloud platforms
• Docker / Kubernetes containerisation
• Infrastructure automation tools like Ansible
• Exposure to database technologies – relational, NoSQL or graph
• Machine learning tools like TensorFlow or cloud- ML
