Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in town planning or similar, ideally with a developer or planning consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Manage external consultant teams for planning applications.
• Represent the business at public meetings and inquiries.
• Coordinate discharge of planning conditions.
• Negotiate variations to existing planning permissions.
