🔍 The role:

The Senior PHP Developer will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing various services and third-party integrations, functioning as a full-stack developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.

🎯 Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience collaborating effectively within a team environment, demonstrating both individual accountability and appreciation for collective input.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and delivering enterprise-level software solutions.
🎯 Skills and Competencies:
  • Commercial experience with Object-Oriented PHP and modern best practices.
  • Experience using Laravel for back-end development and API design.
  • Experience of using front-end frameworks such as React and Vite, as well using Blade templates.
  • Experience of working in highly scalable, high performance platforms, ideally in financial trading or fintech (Iress, CQG, MT4/MT5 experience a plus).
  • Experience of both relational and document DBs.
  • Experience with Docker and deployments to Kubernetes / AWS EKS.
  • Experience of using services provided by AWS.
  • Knowledge of cloud native CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong awareness of micro services and event based architecture.
  • Familiar with LEAN product development.
  • Good attention to detail.
