Responsibilities

• Rotate across various specialities, including both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Support the Lead for Medicines Management & Patient Services with outpatient services.
• Work closely with Lead Pharmacist(s) for Haematology & Oncology.
• Oversee medicines management and optimise patient care.
