We're looking for a Senior People Services Advisor to join our dynamic People team. Reporting into the Senior People Services Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering efficient, people-focused support to our employees and managers.
This role is about more than admin. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, drive improvements in how we work, and help shape a service that's both scalable and genuinely helpful. You'll need to enjoy getting stuck into the detail, feel confident navigating change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Being the most senior advisor across the team, you'll coach and guide our current global team of people service specialists on ways to streamline processes.
