Qualifications

  • 7+ years of strategic HR Business Partner experience, ideally in fast-paced or matrixed organisations.
  • Proven success in developing and delivering people strategy roadmaps that support long-term goals.
  • In-depth knowledge on organisational change, talent management, and workforce analytics.
  • Ability to commute to our London office 2 days a week (hybrid working model).
  • A knack for working strategically and collaboratively with senior stakeholders.

We’re searching for a Senior People Partner to join our People Team, so that we can strengthen our people strategy, enhance workforce capabilities, and drive business alignment across our growing global organisation. The Senior People Partner will leverage deep HR expertise to deliver strategic people solutions and partner with business leaders to enable future-ready teams.
