Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Leicester seeks a Consultant Obstetrician to deliver antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care for over 10,000 births annually. The successful candidate will manage patient care, work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to audit and educational activities. Candidates must have completed specialty training or be close to completion, hold MB BS or equivalent qualifications, and have full GMC registration. This position offers the opportunity to influence high-quality maternal care and work within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Completed specialty training or within 6 months of completion.
• Commitment to teaching undergraduate and postgraduates.
• Experience in and commitment to medical audit.

Responsibilities

• Undertake managerial duties associated with patient care.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team and supervise juniors.
• Participate in revalidation and mandatory training.

RCOG ATSM in High risk pregnancy
