Overview

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Observability Architect in the United Kingdom.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the observability experience for enterprise customers at a global scale. You will act as a strategic technical partner, guiding clients through observability maturity, adoption, and expansion of monitoring solutions. With a portfolio of high-impact customers, you will influence both technical outcomes and business results, ensuring that users derive maximum value from the platform. The role combines technical expertise, customer advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration, giving you the chance to drive customer success while shaping product development and best practices. This position is ideal for someone passionate about observability, post-sales technical leadership, and building strong, long-term customer relationships in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.

Accountabilities
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
  • Design and guide customers through observability maturity journeys to optimize adoption and value.
  • Conduct technical reviews, health checks, and root cause analyses to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Advise clients on best practices, technical strategies, and product usage to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to communicate customer needs and feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption, optimize costs, and introduce new features.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and technical documentation for clients.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders, advocating for their priorities within the company.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of post-sales technical experience, technical account management, or observability-related roles.
  • Experience with Kubernetes deployment and operations.
  • Strong ability to connect product usage to measurable business value (ROI).
  • Proven capability in managing customer lifecycles and driving adoption of technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in addressing adoption challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with global, remote teams and articulate technical value to clients.
  • Technical mindset with a desire to grow and understand observability solutions at an architect level.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or other observability tools, and experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive compensation with On-Target Earnings (OTE) range £108,000–£130,000, plus Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
