Westbrook is a care centre that provides short term placements, assisting people to regain their independence and meet their aims and objectives. We offer short term support to those living with dementia and other cognitive issues in our dedicated 8 bed unit. We also work closely with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Social Services Registered Practitioners to support those requiring rehabilitation or further care assessments to return to the community.

We are looking for someone to join our team and help us to improve the outcomes for our service users. By promoting independence and delivering person centred care, you'll be making a real difference to people's everyday lives.

We are able to offer you a comprehensive induction package. This will include mandatory training as well as access to multiple personal development courses. You will already hold an NVQ/Diploma Level 3 or equivalent. We can also offer this programme to the right candidate if not held upon commencing employment.
