Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – High Earnings – CeMAP Qualified – Cannock

Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker looking to join a financially driven estate agency with a consistent flow of high-quality leads and realistic earnings of £90,000+?

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a high-performing, award-winning estate agency in Cannock, Staffordshire, renowned for its strong financial services culture and one of the largest property catchment areas in the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker seeking strong lead flow, high earnings, and long-term career stability.

The Role

Based in a busy, FS-focused Cannock branch, you will provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to a loyal and well-engaged client base. This is not a cold-calling environment.

The branch consistently generates 10–12 pre-qualified mortgage leads every week, driven by :

• A financial-services-led Branch Manager
• Strong estate agency footfall
• A large local property catchment area
• Well-established introducer relationships
• An active and engaged client database

You will conduct full fact-finds, assess affordability, source suitable mortgage and protection solutions, and deliver compliant advice. Full administrative and compliance support is provided, allowing you to focus on writing business and maximising earnings.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary up to £29,000 (including car allowance)
• Financial guarantee of £1,000 per month for the first 6 months
• OTE £50,000+ Year 1
• OTE £65,000+ Year 2
• 90,000+ achievable for strong performers
• Uncapped commission structure
• Pension, DIS and bonus scheme
• Full-time, permanent position
• Office-based role in Cannock, Staffordshire

With the branch’s lead volume and FS-led structure, high-performing advisors regularly exceed £90k.

Requirements

• Full CeMAP qualification
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker

• Strong understanding of mortgage and protection products
• Excellent communication and client-relationship skills
• Proactive and income-driven mindset
• Full UK driving licence
• CAS status advantageous (training and supervision available)
