Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 - 12 years' experience in related fields, with experience as a MEP cost consultant.
• Excellent technical knowledge in Cost Management duties including Cost Estimates and Bills of Quantities.
• Preferred experience in infrastructure and building projects.

Responsibilities

• Tendering and procuring managing the pre-qualification stage and producing the tender report.
• Responsibility for cost checks and valuations on larger projects.
• Provide regular reports on procurement progress and cost tracking.
