Senior MEICA Manager

We're looking for a Senior MEICA Manager to join our Southern Water team based in Falmer.Location: Falmer, Brighton - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.Hours: 40 hours per week We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Join our award-winning water teamIn this position, you'll be leading our specialist mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation teams across a major Water Framework. This senior leadership position offers you the opportunity to shape innovative solutions, drive excellence in project delivery, and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

What will you be responsible for?
  • Leading and nurturing a talented team of MEICA engineers, ensuring appropriate resourcing and professional development
  • Managing project delivery, budgets and programmes to ensure successful outcomes
  • Reviewing technical aspects of projects to drive innovative, cost-effective solutions
  • Maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and commissioning across all projects
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through collaborative engagement
What are we looking for?
  • You have extensive experience in a similar role for a main contractor in the Water Sector
  • You can demonstrate high-level electrical and mechanical knowledge, with understanding of industry standards
  • You hold relevant qualifications such as CSCS Manager card and SMSTS
  • You're an excellent communicator who builds strong relationships and nurtures teams
  • You have a collaborative approach with a focus on safety, quality and innovative solutions
