A leading building services consultancy in London is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead projects and work closely with clients. The role involves designing mechanical solutions for commercial projects and mentoring junior engineers. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience and be proficient in AutoCAD and Hevacomp. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical building services design, preferably in commercial offices.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Hevacomp, Bluebeam and Navisworks.
• Excellent client-facing, organisational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects from concept to completion.
• Produce calculations, specifications, drawings and tender documentation.
• Conduct site visits, surveys and inspections.
