Job description

This is one of a few brand new roles with an exciting and genuinely unique technology start–up company in Kemble. They are looking to secure a Senior/Lead Mechanical Engineer to take ownership of the development of hardware for their range of products.

The company develops telecommunications and monitoring devices for harsh environments across the globe.

The role involves predominantly greenfield development with very little (if any!) supervision, so it's vital that you're able to work independently, problem solve, and take complete ownership of the electronics/hardware development for the team.

ROLE: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

LOCATION: Kemble

SALARY: GBP 65,000

Essential skills for the Senior Mechanical Engineer include:

• Expertise in 3D CAD (NX, SolidWorks, Inventor)

Due to the collaborative and R&D nature of the role, you will be required to be on-site in Kemble, although flexible hours and timings are permitted.
