A leading financial services provider in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to develop and manage the Retail and Customer Marketing plan. This hybrid role involves building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Location: This is a hybrid role - the team are based in Edinburgh, and travel to the office 2/3 times per week

Our team is responsible for developing compelling and engaging marketing communications and campaigns, educating and engaging customers and supporting the business in meeting our commercial goals. The role is responsible for developing and owning our Retail and Customer Marketing plan, ensuring all activity is joined up and directly linked to business goals. You’ll review all briefs into the team to prioritise work, drive efficiency and join up activity, and you’ll own and drive activity reporting, developing a team dashboard, linking activity and results to business objectives. You’ll drive strong and effective stakeholder relationships to ensure we prioritise and deliver on business objectives, working with proposition and product teams, along with our digital team, multi-disciplinary squads and our creative services team.
