Position Summary:

The Senior Marketing Manager is a strategic and hands‑on leader responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role oversees multi‑channel marketing efforts, manages campaigns from concept to execution, and collaborates cross‑functionally to ensure alignment with organizational goals, brand standards, and compliance requirements. This is a remote position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning
    • Translate organizational goals into actionable marketing plans with measurable outcomes
    • Serve as a senior thought partner to leadership on brand, audience growth, and market opportunities
  • Campaign & Channel Management
    • Lead integrated campaigns across paid, earned, owned, and experiential channels (digital, social, email, partnerships, on‑site, PR, etc.)
    • Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and post‑campaign analysis
    • Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all marketing touchpoints
  • Brand & Content Oversight
    • Safeguard brand integrity and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
    • Oversee development of creative assets, messaging frameworks, and content calendars
    • Review and approve marketing materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Data, Analytics & Performance
    • Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance, ROI, and audience engagement
    • Use insights and analytics to inform strategy, optimize spend, and improve effectiveness
    • Present clear, data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership
  • Cross‑Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Partner closely with sales, operations, finance, legal, and external vendors or agencies
    • Manage relationships with creative, media, and technology partners
    • Ensure marketing initiatives align with operational realities and regulatory requirements
  • Team & Project Leadership
    • Mentor and guide marketing team members; may directly manage staff or contractors
    • Prioritize workloads, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
    • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high‑performing team culture

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree
  • 5 years of marketing experience
  • Social Media content creation and platform management experience
  • Copywriting and editorial skills
  • Detail‑oriented project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience using hard data and metrics to measure performance and determine improvements and innovations.
  • Ability to take initiative and communicate effectively within a large environment
  • Exceptional writer, strong presentation skills, and creative thinker
  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing
  • Sound judgment and ability to successfully manage vendor/partner relationships
