A renowned law firm known for providing IP services are seeking a Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive, to join their team based in London. The role-holder will play a key part in shaping our firm’s strategic business planning while providing essential support to the Head of Marketing and Business Development. This role is ideal for a talented individual who can supervise and lead the marketing team.

The Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and BD to ensure the smooth daily operations and ongoing projects.
• Act as a trusted deputy for the Head of Marketing & BD, providing cover during their absence.
• Manage the preparation of submissions to professional services guides and directories.
• Support partners in crafting compelling pitches and tenders, ensuring timelines are met and coordinating input from various departments.
• Lead business development efforts for national offices, collaborating with regional BD leaders to assess opportunities and nurture relationships.
• Drive improvements to the firm’s website, ensuring content is updated and engaging.
• Manage the news section of our firm’s intranet, keeping the internal community informed.
• Oversee the effective scheduling and delivery of our firm’s webinar program.
