Qualifications

  • Extensive experience within a Marine claims environment, handling H&M claims.
  • Strong understanding of London market practices and associated systems.
  • Knowledge of insurance regulations and laws.
  • Confident negotiation and excellent technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Manage claims portfolio and negotiate with insurers for claim optimization.
  • Provide claims advocacy and risk advisory services to Ship Owner portfolio.
  • Support broking and claims administration.
  • Adhere to compliance protocols and contribute to claims performance reviews.
