Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entity governance framework across European jurisdictions, ensuring the efficient formation, maintenance, and dissolution of legal entities.
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert and key point of contact for corporate governance and legal entity compliance, proactively monitoring legislative changes across diverse legal systems.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues, offering proactive solutions to senior leadership.
  • Drive a culture of accountability and integrity, mentoring junior team members and embedding governance standards aligned with best practices.
  • Own all EOR licensing and regulatory compliance activities for the European region, including new license applications, renewals, and ongoing compliance reporting.
