Role overview: As the Senior Manager Entity Corporate Governance for Europe, you'll report to the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs & Entity Corporate Governance. You will own and ensure adherence to corporate governance principles and legal compliance across our European subsidiaries, particularly as they operate as Employer of Record (EOR) providers.
You will be a key partner to senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Operations, Payroll, HR, and Compliance, driving compliance excellence, proactive risk management, and strategic decision-making.
