Fourblue has partnered with one of the UK’s trusted names in high-voltage engineering, supporting the private networks that keep industry, commerce, and public services running while enabling the growth of renewable energy infrastructure across wind, solar, and battery storage.

Their work underpins some of the most vital electrical assets in the country from data centres and industrial estates to grid-scale renewable sites. And now, they’re looking for an experienced Senior HV Maintenance Manager (SAP) to lead the charge.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Taking ownership of a diverse maintenance portfolio, overseeing everything from planned inspections to emergency response
  • Ensuring every switch, test, and repair happens safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards leading a capable team of engineers who look to you for guidance and support
  • Be the trusted face of the company for clients the person who keeps things running smoothly, spots opportunities for improvement, and builds relationships that last
Your Background
  • An experienced Senior Authorised Person (SAP) up to 33kV, confident in your technical expertise and able to make sound decisions when it matters most
  • Experience managing maintenance teams or projects before and understand the balance between operational delivery, commercial performance, and safety
