A prominent healthcare organization seeks an Operations Manager for the Estates Maintenance Team. You will ensure compliance and effective management while leading a diverse team. Essential qualifications include Level 5 education and NEBOSH certification. Experience in building maintenance and strong analytical skills are vital. The role offers competitive pay and is based in Stockton-on-Tees, with full-time availability.
To be responsible for the day-to-day operational management and supervision of the Estates Maintenance Team, to provide leadership, technical expertise, and team development, maintaining safe and compliant service delivery and to ensure achievement of service standards.
