Job summary

A leading software provider in the UK is seeking an Operational Excellence Coach to lead Lean transformations in the Food & Beverage and General Manufacturing industries. This remote role involves coaching customers, facilitating meetings, and implementing QAD Redzone software. Candidates should have strong operations leadership experience and be bilingual in English and either French, Italian, or German. This position requires travel to customer locations and offers a full-time role with significant impact on production and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in progressive Operations and/or Leadership roles.
• 2 years in a similar position providing direct coaching to business clients is desired.
• Ability to prioritize tasks within active projects to meet critical deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coaches 5-7 customers at a time.
• Facilitates shop-floor Huddles and leadership team meetings.
• Tracks performance data and leads process improvement activities.

Skills

Senior Operations Leadership experience
