Overview

Senior / Lead QA Engineer - Middlesbrough

Automation Testing / JavaScript / Cypress / SQL / Jira

Hybrid Remote in Middlesbrough - 1 day a month in the office. Salary up to £55k. 5 years + experience needed.

Interviews being held ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead / Senior QA Engineer who will hit the ground running and mentor two QA engineers.
• Enforce quality across projects and manage defects.
• Attend regular meetings and collaborate with the CTO and project teams.
• Perform both manual and automation testing, including Functional, Regression, UAT and End to End Testing.

Qualifications

• Experience writing Automation tests.
• Previous experience in a Senior role.
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript & Cypress.
• Experience with Functional, Regression, UAT and End to End Testing.
• Working knowledge of project management tooling such as Jira.
• The ability to drive quality and strong written and verbal communication skills.
