Overview

The Trade Union Law Group is expanding to develop the next generation of expert advisors to the trade union movement. We are seeking talented litigators with a passion for social justice and a strong interest in working with the trade union movement to secure justice for working people. You will have the opportunity to work on strategic high-profile litigation, including Judicial Review proceedings, High Court litigation, or multi-Claimant employment tribunal cases that seek to test and challenge the boundaries of the law.

Responsibilities
  • Work on strategic high-profile litigation across Judicial Review, High Court, and multi-Claimant employment tribunal cases.
  • Advise and develop as a leading voice in trade union law, advancing the rights of workers and the trade union movement.
  • Collaborate with the Trade Union Law Group and clients to test and shape legal precedents that affect collective rights and workplace justice.
Qualifications
  • A qualified solicitor or FILEX with 6+ years PQE.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and litigation.
  • A sharp legal mind with sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • A deep commitment to social justice and empathy with the trade union movement.
  • A desire to become a leading voice in trade union law.
