Role – Senior Landscape Architect

Location – Surrey

Salary - £40 - £45K DOE

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Landscape Architect, your day-to-day will involve:

• Leading and managing a variety of exciting projects, from early concepts to final delivery
• Collaborating closely with our creative team, including architects, engineers, and urban designers, to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions
• Providing technical expertise in landscape design and planning, with a focus on creating functional, sustainable, and aesthetic spaces
• Taking ownership of project timelines, budgets, and client relationships, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally
• Keeping sustainability at the heart of everything you do, ensuring that our designs meet both environmental goals and community needs

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Landscape Architecture
• Plenty of hands-on experience.
• Chartership or working towards Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
• Creativity and love tackling design challenges head-on
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams, projects, and client relationships with confidence
• Experience using design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A passion for sustainable design and always looking for ways to improve the spaces they create for people and the environment
