Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in IT support/helpdesk roles.
• A Full UK driving licence is advantageous for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues via onsite and remote access, resolving IT issues.
• Manage user account permissions and access through Active Directory.
• Provide support and configuration for Microsoft 365 and critical systems.
• Ensure network security through firewall management and patching.
• Create user documentation and deliver basic training.
