Responsibilities

• Onboard new starters with devices and software.
• Maintain the internal asset register.
• Manage users and permissions via Active Directory.
• Monitor internal systems including antivirus and updates.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Configure and support VPN access.
• Set up VLANs for network segmentation.
• Support and maintain virtual environments.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes.
• Act as an escalation point within the team.
