Qualifications

• Experience in a 2nd or 3rd line support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Good understanding of networking including routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated support tickets from 1st line.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software, hardware and network issues.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and user permissions.
