Overview

Leading role in using data and market insight to inform our strategic direction and the development of new business and products, including courses and degrees. This new post will appeal to commercially focused individuals who are confident working with ambiguity, and a self-starter who is comfortable shaping the role in response to strategy. The postholder will manage a range of insights projects and contribute to the growth and development of our programmes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of insights projects to inform strategic decision making.
• Contribute to the growth and development of our programmes, including courses and degrees.
• Synthesize and present market insight and data in a succinct and accurate way.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an insights and market research role at management level, ideally within a commercial setting, higher education or a similarly complex environment.
• Ability to independently synthesise and present market insight and data to inform strategic decisions.
• Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of the TNE landscape and understanding opportunities and trends in this area.

Role details

This role is office-based three days a week with two days a week from home, except during peak periods (e.g. exam sessions) when it is office-based four days a week, with one day a week working from home (approx. 13 weeks in the year).
