Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale IBM ACE infrastructures in On-Prem and AWS environments.
• 3+ years of experience with IBM MQ.
• In-depth knowledge of logs and memory management for IBM ACE.
• Experience in implementing CI/CD and IaC strategies.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities

• Deploys the release of new technologies as well as designs, installs, configures, maintains and performs system integration testing of PC/server operating systems, related utilities and hardware.
• Responsible for trouble shooting server problems as reported by users. Researches, evaluates and recommends software and hardware products.
• Supports Web access and electronic messaging services and maintains a secure systems environment.
• Provides new hardware specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth, installs new servers and maintains the server infrastructure.
• A senior IBM ACE (Application Connect Enterprise) (IIB) administrator responsible for administering large-scale IBM ACE infrastructures in On-Prem and AWS environments.

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale IBM ACE (IIB) infrastructures in On-Prem and AWS environments.
• 3+ years of experience with IBM MQ.
• Analyzing and tuning IBM ACE performance with in-depth knowledge of logs, and memory management.
• Implementing IBM ACE certificate management.
• Designing Disaster strategies with region failover, and site failover.
• Managing IBM ACE in Linux and AIX environments.
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform.
• Subject matter expertise in Python, Shell scripting and AWS skills.
• AWS Expertise - Expertise in AWS IAM, S3, EC2, SNS and Lambda services.
• AWS certified architect Associate.
