• Minimum 5 years' experience in leading/managing process/equipment bids & proposals.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and technology for food/dairy/beverage.
• Experience in producing designs from a 'blank canvas'.

Responsibilities

• Produce designs, technical and commercial proposals.
• Project manage small projects and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Ensure compliance to QSHE rules.
