A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Senior HR Employee Relations Advisor (Sickness Lead) in Harrow. In this hybrid role, you will manage sickness absence and support managers with complex employee relations cases. Responsibilities

  • Lead strategies to reduce short- and long-term sickness absence.
  • Advise managers on complex health conditions and ER issues.
  • Provide regular reports and dashboards on sickness and turnover.
