A national housing provider is seeking a Senior Housing Officer in Aldershot to lead a team and manage housing services for military families. The ideal candidate will have experience in housing management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving services for families. This role involves both operational and leadership responsibilities, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the occupancy cycle.
Pinnacle Group are looking for a Senior Housing Officer to join our Housing Division within the Pinnacle Services Families team, playing a vital role in delivering high-quality housing management services for service families in Aldershot. This position blends operational responsibility with leadership, supporting the Area Manager and guiding a team of Housing Officers to ensure every stage of the occupancy cycle is managed with care and efficiency. Working closely with stakeholders and partners, you’ll help create a positive experience for families while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Pinnacle Service Families manages 49,000 military family homes across the UK – one of the largest and most significant contracts within Pinnacle Group. Delivered on behalf of the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), part of the Ministry of Defence, our work supports service families by providing well-managed services and advocating for their needs in everything we do.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in housing management or community-based services, strong organisational skills, and the ability to lead and support a dispersed team. You’ll be confident in stakeholder engagement, adaptable to changing priorities, and committed to delivering sensitive, family-focused services. A full driving licence and willingness to travel regionally are essential, along with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for improving the lived experience of service families.
