Our Senior Health Care Assistants work as part of a large team comprising Health Care Assistants at Band 2 & 3, Nursing Associates, Registered Nurses and District Nurses.
We are looking to recruit dedicated, motivated and staff that are willing to go the extra mile for our patients to maintain high standards expected.

We are looking for dynamic, innovative and enthusiastic individuals, with a desire to play an active part in the provision of high quality nursing care.
We want to recruit caring and motivated Senior Health Care Assistants to provide the best possible care to our patients. Previous experience of caring for people at home and a commitment to providing care to a high standard is essential.
You will have the willingness to extend and develop your skills, and have the ability to apply your knowledge and skills to practice. The successful candidate will be required to work over a 7 day period, and will work as an integral part of a busy forward thinking and innovative Community Nurse Team.
This is a community post and you will work independently in patients\' homes. It is essential that you the ability to transport yourself and equipment across the locality during the course of a normal working day. Travel expenses will be covered by expenses and parking at our community sites is free for clinical staff. We have nursing teams based in the following sites:
We require staff to cross cover for other teams and potentially travel to work from other sites.
